Quality boiler drain valve

When the weather warms up a bit, I will be faced with repairing or replacing my boiler's drain valve. I am looking for a recommendation for a brand/model that will be reliable.

get a ball valve, you can find a 3/4 FIP X hose version, much better than a boiler drain for flushing and draining.Bob "hot rod" Rohr

I like this type a lot. You may need a nipple depending on your application. I even used them the last time i needed a supply for a washer.
