Hot side coming out of boiler 
hot water ,,,
has a leak 
can I use a shark bite fitting 
there instead of sweating 
in copper with out any problems ?

    Hold your new fitting next to the old one, not an exact line up.
    You need to have an offset on the vertical pipe.
    The Sharkbite will only accept a bare pipe and not the end that still has the fitting soldered on it.

    What are the temp limitations of the Sharkbite fittings?

    You have to drain the boiler in any case, unsolder or cut and add length and offset.
    So soldering would be the easiest route, IMO.

    I don't think you need to drain the boiler, looks like a tankless heater connection.

    You might need a short piece of copper and a shark bite coupling.

    I never used shark bite, I would solder it
