EXISTING TRIANCO HEATMAKER WALL TERMINATION

in Gas Heating
I have an existing concentric trianco wall termination on 8th floor of building that obviously cant be removed. I would like to modify to accept LAARS mascot exhaust and fresh air. Any thoughts? Any input greatly appreciated
