Boiler issues!!!

So I'm completely perplexed by my system. I have twin Veissman Vitocrossal 300 CT3 89 gas fired condensing boilers. They are not making good heat. I have no leaks on the closed loop, I'm not making up water on the loop. I have vented everything, no air. Pumps are showing 100 gpm at 42/ft head respectively. In short, I am at a loss. Could corrosion on the water tubes cause this or should I be looking somewhere else?

This sounds like a controls issue. That being said, unless you are a very experienced commercial boiler tech, you will want to continue with great caution. What you are looking at is a very large State of the Art boiler plant, be safe..."If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough"
