Can I run supply in the wall down to baseboard units?

in THE MAIN WALL
I am currently remodeling an old farmhouse and will be installing baseboard units. In one area of the house I am unable to run supply and return lines from below. My question is can I run the supply and return lines in the wall down to the units? I'm concerned with air being trapped at the high point in the ceiling?

    Options
    With proper purge valves and a manual vent at the high points, it should be fine.

    Also, keep the piping and pump sizing to maintain 3-4 FPS velocity.

    And if they are in an outside wall make sure to keep them on the warm side of the insulation

    Water will freeze , attics and outside walls are avoided . Find a better way ...
