Issue with Rheem 62-22694-11 Control board

Options
Hello to all,

I have a problem with both heating and cooling. My unit is a Rheem Criterion. No power to a Honeywell mechanical mercury Thermostat. Even when I jumper the switch to make the fan/AC/heat come on, nothing happens. Symptoms are as follows:

Breaker is good.... nothing thrown. Unit receives power.

Rheem Criterion has the 62-22694-11 control board. Both the "PWR" and "OK" LED light up when the blower door button is depressed.....yet at the thermostat, I have no power.

Is there a fuse on the 62-22694-11 that I am missing?
Do I need to replace the 62-22694-11 even though it is showing it has power and is OK?

Thank you for your input

Regards,

Kyle

Have you tried jumping terminals on the board or checking power at the board. A good first step is to eliminate the t-stat and t-stat wiring as the cause.

I was thinking that the board had power because of the LED being lit. I haven't tried jumping the terminals on the board. Will comment with the results. BRB

This is what I found out:

    On the board :
Jumper Red and Green will make the fan come on and stay on. No issues.

Jumper the the Red and Yellow nothing happens - just a hum.

Tie into the Red and touch the Yellow, it will spark then the fan will come on. AC never comes on, then the fan will stop.

    hmmmmmmm.

The hum might be the condenser coming on without the fan.

What happens R to W? It should run the heat cycle.

At this point it looks like the board is good. Check the thermostat wiring and thermostat.
