Air to water heat pumps

Anyone have any experience with air to water heat pumps. I see daikon and Lg have products that will make heating water to 176° Customer replacing gas boiler that had operating limit of 180 with no problems. Home has cast iron convectors recessed in wall. Any information would be appreciated thank you.

I'd like to see the specs on one that can do that.

176 at what ambient? That sounds high. 120 at -10 ambient possible, efficiency slips away at colder ambient.
