Magna3 Blocked Pump 51 Error Message

Hi All, we have a system installed with Magna3 50-180 in which the system is pressurized with water to 3 bar. Running at 100LPM at 12 meter pump head. It sometimes have problem with starting up the pump with Alarm Message "Blocked Pump (51)" show up. We had disassembled the pump, but found that the inside is clear with no debris and we even replace the DPS sensor. What would be the possible causes?

    It could be air or dirt.

    Describe the system. Boiler, piping/sizes, zones, controls, emmiters, etc.
