Pilot switch on VERY old boiler

I have what appears to be an inline pilot flame sensor switch. It acts in place of a thermocouple but is wired inline (series) with the user thermostat and pipe thermostat. The magnetic gas valve opens when 24v continuity is established.
Would anyone know where to find a replacement?

That devise looks like a White Rodgers Safety pilot that is no longer made. They were a great pilot safety when they were still available. Replacement would be to convert to a thermocouple or better yet a whole new electronic ignition system. That picture looks like a conversion burner and if that is the case I would probably start looking to replace the whole boiler. As for the best replacement, the younger guys will be along shortly.0

Not something I’ve seen before. I suspect they went away because it’s not completely fail Safe.
If the rest of the appliance is ok, might be best to upgrade it to a thermocouple Pilot assembly and matching gas valve.0 -
Google White Rodgers pilot re light control. 3098-156. If that is the part.0
