Mechanical Room Repipe

We were called in to take a look at the endless issues plaguing this boiler issues with the system.
Found that the near boiler piping was all wrong as you will see in the pictures. The boiler would short cycle like mad and whenever the boiler would go for trial for ignition there would be a very boom which was clearly due to improper flue and air intake pipe size.
We added a buffer tank to stop the boiler from short cycling and power flushed out all debris that was in the system.

    Nice job!!

Hard to make it look nice in a tight space, but you did that
  • Beautiful. That looks like a one-man job since there's no room for anyone else.

The Grundfos supply pump to the indirect is installed with the shaft in the vertical position. You might want to change that on your next trip.

Great job. We've used a few of those HTP buffer tanks. very reasonably priced for a SS buffer tank.

As always Ezzy ,you found the issues and straighten it all out and now it s running and working properly like the first contractor could not do . Kudos to you and Fred as always great work executed properly and completed something a lot of contractors cannot do when u send out boys to do real mechanics work . I really think it all starts out by reading the instruction and understanding what u read and having a bit more knowledge then is required to fog a mirror which is usually the only requirement to work at some places . Great work ezzy but I always know what to expect from you guys a job well done . Peace and good luck clammy
