How can I test it ? I have power and grd. And no pilot light lit

    Check to see if you are getting 24 volts at the following terminals:
    PV
    MV/PV
    If yes, you need a new gas valve. If no, you may need a new ignition control module OR some component in the safety string is open (spill switch, flame-rollout switch, flue damper........).

    If you are not familiar with the components, get a professional in there.
    8.33 lbs./gal. x 60 min./hr. x 20°ΔT = 10,000 BTU's/hour

    Two btu per sq ft for degree difference for a slab

    Do you have gas to the unit? Simple question but that is the best place to start. When you say you have power 24 volts of 120 volts. That valve is a 24 volt valve by the way.
