Risers going into drop header

Hello all new to the site but have used your guys info for some time with my old boiler. My old wells McLain oil fired converted to propane died last winter. I’m Installing a burnham in6 my header runs perpendicular to my taps out of the boiler. My question is can one riser be longer (different length but same height) as the other?

    Why not? Go for it.

I’ve seen a couple pictures on here where the risers are different lengths but wasn’t sure if that was a bad thing or not. I’ve done multiple searches but can’t really come up with a defiant answer.

I've wondered about this too but evidently it has for years raised no eyebrows around here. I do it whenever it is most practical. No identifiable problems yet.

Well that’s good enough for me. Looks like I’ll be cutting and threading some pipe later today. Thank you guys for the timely replies.
