Needing advice on the proper setup for a hydronic system.

in THE MAIN WALL
I'm needing some advice on how to correct some piping issues on a house that I went to for the first time last week. Most of the radiators are baseboards but there is one room that has floor heat. I'm trying to figure out what the best solution is to temper the water for the floor heat. Will a heat exchanger be the best option for this setup? The dimensions of the room is 13x17x9. The aquastat on the boiler is currently set to 180°. Any advice would be much appreciated.

    I would suggest an I series 3 way mixing valve with outdoor reset.
    You can probably use your existing circulator.

    do you want the radiant room on its one zone, control and thermostat?

    That would be ideal for the customer since they use that room often. It would be a challenge to run wire to the space. I was thinking something like a Honeywell Wireless Thermostat with a interface module. I've had really good success using that setup on forced air zoning where it was really hard to run the physical wire to each of the zones.
