need 5 wire thermostat with heat anticipator

Just bought condo and need to replace thermostat with one that has a 5 wire connection and heat anticipator to adjust for shorter more frequent cycles. The newer ones can handle 5 or more wires but no adjustable cycles, the older type have adjustable cycles but only have 4 wire connections, HELP

    Rc, Rh, C, W ,Y, G.
    Is that all you need?
Is it a heatpump? Is either terminal O or B being used?
Theres only about a bajillion thermostats that offer those terminals.
Look at the Honeywell T6 Pro. Nice but simple. You set the CPH as needed.

Thanks HVACNUT,i'll look for T6 Pro,yesterday went to home dpot and checked all their models about 15 and older ones had adjustable cycle but only 4 wire connections, newer ones had spaces for 8 wire connections but none of those had adjustable cycle.

What are the 5 wires used?

Your making this harder than it has to be. A common wire is not needed but optional with Honeywell T4. It uses batteries to operate.
Is this a conventional gas/electric setup or heat pump?

You can choose to do what you want, but you cannot choose the consequences.
