I am looking to sign up for classes on how to design Hydronic heating systems. i live in New England area.

  Just buy the most recent version of "Modern Hydronic Heating," by John Siegenthaler. It's a bit pricey, but cheaper than attending a training seminar.

  Uponor also has very good classes for basic and advanced radiant design.
