How level is “Level”?

Hi guys
Several of my radiator seem to lack slope. Attached is a picture of one sloped the wrong way(up toward vent) How much slope do I typically need? My guess is about this much is good but down away from the vent. Does “flat” usually cause problems? I don’t want to overdo it.

    The vent end -- assuming one pipe steam here -- should be slightly higher than the valve end. That bubble looks pretty good, if the vent is off to the right somewhere. Maybe a little more. Certainly no less.
