Your advice on a Chiltrix chiller

I am looking to add air conditioning to the second floor addition of my home and need your advice. The space is heated with a baseboard and a cast iron boiler. I would like to use chilled water and was thinking of a Chiltrix chiller. Have you used one and your thoughts about it would be great. The load is about 1 1/2 tons.

    It's nice equipment; similar to SpacePak's chiller. But for that small of a load, why not use standard ductless like Mitshubishi?

    You would need 80 gallon or so of buffer, probably to prevent cycling the chiller?

    What about the humidity?

    Need a dew point control no doubt, or you could end up sweating. the heat emitters, not you personally :)

    @Ironman I was thinking of that but I was hoping to use hydronics as I sell my boilers against VRF every day LOL
    @hot rod LOL I was thinking of using the wall mounted fan coils that look like the ductless mini splits.

    I've heard the fan coils are noisier than a minisplit.--NBC

    If you go this route, don't forget that you'll have to fill it with glycol - in spite of what the instructions may say. If you lose power when it's cold, there's nothing to keep the HX and external piping from freezing.

    @Ironman Thanks They also suggested an electric heater. Thinking this may soon evolve into a larger than anticipated project
