    Never got the Court Ordered Bond, paid 10% of the restitution and back business and in court Sorry ALLEGEDLY back in business!

    Serial offenders should get serious jail time, otherwise the judicial system becomes a sham. This is getting to common to not be intentional and it lends credence to the "rich being more equal then the common folk.
