Does a galaxy cast iron boiler ( model GG125HXP REQUIRE A CIRC. PUMP ?.

    EVERY boiler in a forced flow hot water system requires a circ.

    If it's an old gravity flow system with a boiler designed for gravity flow, that's a different animal.

    If you meant does it come packaged with one, I believe it comes with a TACO 007, no flow check.

    I think the question is does it require a circ pump?
    A gravity system today would be interesting.

    It does. There is too much resistance inside the boiler to allow gravity flow.

    Problem is ,the system was working fine , then I added a line of slant fin , 8' lg. and there is no heat getting to this !

    Most likely, it's air bound. That's assuming it's piped correctly. If it's a monoflo system, it can be extremely difficult to get all of the air out.

    You are going to need to post a lot more information about your system.
    Is the house radiators or baseboard originally?
    Does it have a pump now?
    Pictures of what you have and what you added would help a lot.
