Anyone know of availability of push nipples for Crane baseboard? Hoping there's someone out there with new old stock.

Most likely your going to have to have a machine shop make them for you. There are companies that rebuild radiators who would know where to go.
There is a supply house in NEw York or NJ I believe that might have them available. Can't remember the name.
