Both heating and cooling comfort generally benefit from a constant temperature, but the wallet doesn't.



My current opinion is I'm really happy with my Honeywell Prestige. I'd recommend it over any "Smart" thermostat any day. It also doesn't need a C wire which many are missing, just two wires to the mechanical room.
