A diaphragm tank air side is water logged. What to do?

in Plumbing
a ) bleed the water from the tank
b) drain the water from the wank
c) bleed the air from the tank

which one would it be?

    And third. Think about it. If there is water on the air side of the diaphragm, how did it get there? Through a leak or tear in the diaphragm, that's how. Which means it's done.
