    How to add leak sealer?

    I know I have to replace it but moved into a house not even 6 months ago and boiler started leaking recenlt. So doing this as a temporary fix. I will buy a leak sealer from home depot. Where do I put it in? I looked around the web. Picture of my boiler

    The instruction says pour it through safely bulb .Any help is appreciated. Sorry for the noob question.

      Don't. Fix the leak or replace the boiler if that's what it takes. The sealer, if it works at all, may seal up the leak -- and get gunked up into a lot of other places which may or may not be repairable.

      Just don't do it.

      Where is the leak? If it's in a return pipe, it will be repairable.
      The safety bulb is the pressure relief valve, (PRV).--NBC

      Also, if you have a tankless coil, the boiler seal will adhere to the exchanger and you'll lose hot water.
      It's getting warm. You've got some time to research equipment and contractors.
