Slant/fin model em-10 electric boiler control. Alarm goes off

I have one and when it starts to go up to stage 4 an alarm goes off and shuts down. I'm sure it's either an electrical issue or bad relay. Where would I start.

    Check 2 things for starters. Check your incoming voltage while in stage 4. Check your flow through the boiler. Do you have a flow switch installed? what does the outlet temp go to when stage 4 kicks in?

    The EM-10 is an OEM control we source from Tekmar. I have a call into our Tekmar representative on this. Normally the alarm will go off if there is a sensor issue. However, I think you may be hearing noise coming from a reply. I suggest you contact Slant/Fin Technical Services about this.
