recommendations for big flow shower heads

My beef with the "big rain" ones is there's no pressure. They still seem to be a limp low flow head that's now spread out something awful.
You'd need 5 to 10 gallons a minute to get decent pressure out of the thing.
Single pipe 392sqft system with an EG-40 rated for 325sqft and it's silent and balanced at all times.

I use those teeney Euro water saver types. I dimple the little plate inside for more flow.For even more flow you can ream the holes a little. I like pressure.0
