woke up to no heat this morning. Power went off last night in storm. Reset thermostat to bring heat back on . Control board was buzzing, and getting hot. Got a new control board and have no heat.

Can you provide any more information?
type of heat (steam-hot water-hot air)
Make & model of appliance. Was the "board" that was "new" installed correctly?
What happens when a call for heat has been established?
Does anything happen? Does this have an Hot surface igniter or spark. You say the control is getting hot & buzzing. Any additional info will be helpful in figuring it out.
