If the combustion air blower is not running then check for 120 Volts from the 1013-200 if no 120 with a call for heat taking place the 1013-200 is faulty and needs replaced (internal relay has failed). If you have 120 at the 1013-200 then check for 120 at the combustion air blower if you have voltage there and the blower will not start then the blower needs replaced.

Checked blower motor ok direct on AC. No 120, have controller on order. Jst feel like somethng must have takn controller out? Root cause? Thanks.

Root cause? Either a fault in the part or a surge, most likely.

Boiler back on-line. Replaced the 1013-200 controller. Root cause? My guess is that the Air relief valve float (located directly over expansion tank AND Boiler) got stuck, water came out of air relief valve dripped down onto Boiler and somehow shorted a component or connector on the control board ..taking the controller out. Initially I found water on top of, inside boiler (on anything that would not have evaporated) and on floor. Had to tap on Air Relief valve to get it to stop leaking. Not a great install with air Relief and expansion tank directly over boiler! Will watch air relief for a while to watch for leaks. Placed a metal cookie sheet on top of boiler, under expansion tank and placed a metal bar under the cookie sheet, so if there is another leak,,,,,at least the water will drain onto floor and not onto/into boiler.
Dont appreciate how great these appliances are - boilers - until its 10 degrees outside and down to 55 degrees inside...with a below zero stretch coming over next several days! Back to comfy 68 and it feels real good!
Thanks to Tim and Jamie for your input! Enjoyed hooking up with this Group! Al
