Mixing demand

Why does my mixing demand keep clicking on and off? Everything seems to be working fine upstairs. Like when the heat needs to click on it does and when it gets to a set temp it shuts it off. Nut the mixing demand signal keeps turning one for a second then turns off.

    It sounds like you have a powered valve that is a little sensitive. Do you have a brand name or a picture?
