Burner output at various gas pressures....

I am looking for a simple chart that shows burner output related to manifold pressure from about 0.7 inch WC up to 3.5 inches WC., in 0.1 inch increments.

    Working on a modulating furnace?

I have a chart for pressures 3.0 to 4.0, but no lower than that. I also have a tech book for York modulating furnaces that shows BTUH output per every step of modulation. Could that help?

    For what orifice size

    are you looking for?

I use a Bryant Gas Orifice Calculator it goes from .5" W.C. up to 15" W.C.it has a catalog number of MP-5706B, it also includes a pipe size calculator on the other side.
  • That sounds like it will work

I am trying to find out what manifold pressure to dial in on all the oversized boilers I come upon, which allow downfiring.  Most of the time I just disconnect the high fire circuit and the boiler is at least on the same planet as the system size for steam.  I'll see if I can get that chart.

    Thanks Again!
