WM 1013-200

I just replaced the Integrated Boiler Control on a WM GV4 Series 1 to the new updated 1013-200. Upon powering up, the power light and the tstat/circulator light come on and that is as far as it goes. I have tested the limit switches and they are closing like they should. Any ideas are appreciated as it is getting really cold here.

new control
page 51 -- 2nd light means circulator and blower on. Does the blower come on? Is the circulator on? Give us some more details.
limit switches and block switch contacts closed - are for the third light.
The manual below, I believe, is the operation sequence:
http://www.weil-mclain.com/en/multimedia-library/pdf/weil-mclain-pdf/products/boilers/gas-boilers/gv/gv_boiler_manual.pdf0 -
In that same manual
starting on page 66 and in particular page 70 you will find troubleszhooting procedures.0
