changing munchkin vision 1 settings

in Gas Heating
Im going to be adding the vision 1 system to my munchkin contender for the outdoor reset. After reading the manual online it says the changes can only be made by a vision 1 contractor and requires a passcode. Does anybody have experience with this? I havent found any contractors nearby that have knowledge about the system.
