Ultra-Fin can supply more heat to a given room, but it would mean a higher floor temperature.There was an error rendering this rich post.

ultra fin work on convection, staple up with heavy plates works by good old conduction.0 -
define \"staple up\"
I prefer UF to bare tube stapled against the floor. If that is how you define staple up.
UF work nice if you are adding to a HW baseboard system, no temperature mixing required.
Best method, for retro fit would be the extruded transfer plates, with a mixed down temperature. Usually 100- 120 will work with transfer plates.
