    You got 'em Mike

It seems as though sometimes, a lot of things in life don't make sense or are unfair. I'll be asking for strength, wisdom and patience in my prayers for you during your time of sorrow my friend.

Let me paraphrase a verse from the Bible that may apply here, as it seems you've lost a chunk of your inheritance along with your father.

"Don't store up treasures for yourself in this world, where moth and rust, (and lecherous friends {my words}) consume, instead lay up your treasures in heaven, where they last forever."

    Sorry for your loss..

Losing your Dad is tough enough without the added problems with this gold digger he was involved with. Time & prayer heal all wounds, take your time and remember the good times. May he rest in peace.

    Oh, Mike...

What a burden is that to carry... So much on both sides of the boundary between this earth and the next. Take heart- my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Take it easy and please do not let the extreme emotions get in the way of your safety. Seriously, even driving itself could be dangerous if your mind and emotions are elsewhere for even a moment.
