Must be getting old(er). CSST of course, corrugated stainless steel tubing. With todays post. Also we use tfmr for transformer and tsat for thermostat and might as well add rest of the relay contacts. DPDT and DPST. And ECO for energy cut off and PT for pressure temperature relief valve and SSOV for service shut off valve, honeywell has a lot of these terms for commercial gas trains. perhaps bill could give a list.

Some of these may only be used in the UK.

CHW = chilled water

TA = to above

TB = to below

FA = from above

FB = from below

CWDS = cold water down service (from a high-level storage tank)

PW = pressurized water

CWM = cold water main

LTHW = low temperature hot water (heating at less than 100degC)

MTHW = medium temperature hot water (heating at 100degC to 120degC)

HTHW = high temperature hot water (heating above 120 degC)

HWS = hot water service

PRV = pressure relief valve (i.e., safety valve), may also be used for a reducing valve

CIBSE = Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (UK equivalent of ASHRAE)

BSP = British Standard Pipe thread

DX = direct expansion cooling

RTM = read the manual

RTFM = Please, read the manual (Cheese got there first)

TBOE = top-and bottom, opposite ends (radiator connections)
