Replaced another Steamer

A good friend asked me to replace his rotted Crown that he installed himself back in 2004, which he oversized by a lot. He only had 178 sq ft of connected load so I put a EG30 with tankless in for HW loop. Simple little install no elaborate piping just a 2” header, and it works beautifully. The homeowner did the electric himself because he had some convoluted generator setup for it.
