Blower vibration issue and ideas?

Hey folks,

I am looking for ideas for this setup. The current blower is a new one and heater is a new one. Yet we have replaced blower 2 times and same effects persist.

You can see blower attached to a white / black vent. This pipe vibrates on touch. This subsequently vibrates a portion of house. Also the fan has some humming voice but my heating guy says its expected.

I need help, am I doomed to have vibrations in house when heater runs + weird mmmmm sounds?

Any ideas or tips help as my quality of life is impacted and heater guy is not giving me promising ideas

I am leaning on your help and appreciate it
