So who would reposition the tee and add a DA draft regulator and who would scrap the whole thing even though the COAF is under 60 ppm, stack temp 400 after 15 minutes cold start up with a draft of -0.004-7, and the spillage at just inside the tee bottom is almost the same as through the breech?

The chimney should be relined with ss sized to the application with the liner brought into the CAZ. That eliminates the need for a cleanout. Yours is way too low to meet code. The connector cannot be cemented into the masonry. Re-pipe it with a bullhead tee, x2 baro damper w/ spill switch wired to the burner. To get the proper gauge pipe, just use 24 ga. ss for a permanent vent connector unless you want to get 22 ga. black stovepipe.

Your combustion analysis numbers were incomplete. Mainly, what was the O2? That is no draft- you need a minimum of -0.02wci for proper burning but not over -0.04. The baro would take care of that. Where did you take your draft reading- btw the boiler and the horizontal draft hood or btw the opening and the chimney? Big difference.

    Take the NCI course.
