I didn't know you can get them for that price! I'll definitely look into it, if I run into an issue like this again.

The internet is a great resource for learning - I only continued to update this thread to let other people know how the problem was solved, simply because other people may have the same problem and be searching on the internet for a possible solution. A lot of people just stop replying once they figure out what was wrong, and don't update threads; the information is incomplete, and not very useful.

I don't think it is difficult for people to learn knew things. We live in a day and age where hardly anyone can do anything themselves anymore. People have to learn to fix and repair things. Using a combustion analyzer isn't that difficult.

@GGross - Yeah, I wish I would have started with a new ignitor and flame sensor. They did look "okay" to me, and I did clean them off with sandpaper. I'll definitely take pictures next time, as having a second set of eyes would have helped!

    Thanks again to you all!

the analyzer is easy to use. knowing what it is telling you about the combustion is more involved than what the procedure in the manual explains.

It wouldn't hurt to top off the propane tank and see if it's 'full tank' related, now, while heat isn't so critical,

still thinking tank headspace, but not sure what could have changed, or is the driver is pushing past full(?),
