Any coil MFG can build a coil you need. Just Google "HVAC coil mfg".

Get a cased coil and remove it from the case. Is it an A coil, an H coil?

thanks to all that responded, Currently there is a A coil that is in a case. The unit is in an attic where the opeing in the attic is not large enough to get a cased coil through. My thought was to get either an uncased or cased coil and remove it and install it in the existing case, and hopefully with the measurements it will make it through the attic. The existing one can come down in pieces, i would prefer not to butcher a new coil to get it through the attic opening. The existing coil is original so it was installed when the home was built, before the ceiling went in. Thanks to all

The opening needs to be enlarged. that is the correct way to do this job.

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

Removing components and folding the cabinets is common in tight locations. Then reassemble once everything is where it needs to be.

Sooner or later that opening will need to be enlarged. Do it now!
