What, you keep this guy in the basement with the boiler?
Single pipe 392sqft system with an EG-40 rated for 325sqft and it's silent and balanced at all times.

2026 update… no more steam explosive issues! All radiators are working very well. Only issue is a bad gauge that needs to be replaced. Thanks @ethicalpaul for a good temp replacement part. And a HUGE thank you to all contributors for helping me with this issue! Hope you all have a happy and warm 2026!!
