Replacement PTAC system for a Singer

I have a PTAC unit in a rental unit I need to replace. There's a loud sound coming when the A/C is running. I grabbed the fans motor shaft and I could feel up/down side to side play. The fan's blades are hitting the motor housing. I tried pulling the sheet metal housing away from the motor using a screw and a locking pliers, but that fix was temporary and the noise returned shortly thereafter.
Based on a Prior thread I started, I know the fan's motor could potentially be replaced. It could also be worn motor mounts. B/c it's in a rental unit and in the tenant's master bedroom, I cannot setup shop and learn how to replace the motor.
There are a total of 4 of these PTAC units in the rental unit. I'm pretty sure they are all identical. My thinking is to replace this noisy unit with a new one, and fix the noisy unit offsite. This will leave me with a good working unit in case another one breaks. And also all the spare parts I need to repair one of the other 3 units. These units are 40 years old.
Based on one sticker I found on the old unit, I think it's a Singer. This seems to be a wiring diagram.
Islandaire makes a slide in replacement units. Can I just measure the existing unit (45 x 16 1/4 x 9 1/2) and order a replacement? Or are there other things I need to take into account. My unit is front return, top discharge.
Here's the link to IslandAire's replacement guide.
This seems to be the model I'd need to replace it with:
Singer® Type EA,ES and RS | 16 3/8 | 44 7/8 | EZ Series ED |

I've looked all over the unit. No model or serial#.

that 28000204 looks like a model number. i'm sure they can tell you how to get the information they need to match it up.

Any other Singer's in the building you can get the model from?
At the bottom of the diagram, it says "Eac & EAF Chassis" you would think that would mean something

some manufacturers put ratings plates in where they are hidden in use, like on the side somewhere where the sleeve blocks it.
