Read the manual. Read it again.

Use coloured wires, and use them with the colours the manual suggests.

Use the correct types and sizes of wires.

    Keep it neat.

understand electricity. understand how like bell and switch and 3 way light switches and stuff like that works then it will make sense when you look at a schematic.

Study as many applicable schematics / wiring diagrams as possible. Read the notes and learn the symbols. Study the logic of the circuit.

learn as much about basic electricity as possible.

Learn how to use a multi-meter.

    Learn troubleshooting strategies.

    Learn applicable safety.

    Get stuck… Ask questions.

    Learn what not to do.

Step 1 Understand the basic electrical circuit. Source > Control > Load > Return path to source

    AD_4nXf_xaYSgzoslz0ZznYRFApr14n6AcTmqiCEDTyTJJS8DYhzLAvjFUx3BdXf9sF6Ax2tgbjieSK2WYpqATJ2eafS0R0rmVtd68x4zVWLo1vDRbXDIZlv7vVOUTppCxE1NAHSE3jv?key=IJVBbYG7j0o4xpWus040OCO9

This is a basic electrical circuit.

    1. Source = two 1.5 volt batteries
    2. Load = light bulb
    3. Control = manual switch
    4. Return path to source

Note that the load and control can be reversed. The load can be on the Source side or the Return Path side of the circuit.

From that basic understanding of electricity, you can build any analog electrical control circuit to operate a boiler.

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?
