Carbon monoxide poisoning from incorrect burner door studs? It’s usually the gasket that’s the problem.

Maybe the studs break off because they were over-torqued at the factory.

Or they were out of dimensional tolerances or they were the wrong material or they weren't heat treated properly.

Thanks for clarifying which model. The original article was negligent in not specifying the model but just stating the brand.
