How do I bleed this radiator?

Tried going to my super with this but she is utterly useless and gave me "oh they just make noise" so figured I can do it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I have a bleeder key but no where on this radiator is it obvious (unless painted over). Hoping someone out there has some experience with this and can help me out.

    that’s a steam Radiator not HW.

    Steam radiators do not need to be bled. Bleeding and purging apply only to hot water systems.

    The short answer is, as above, you don't.

    The question then becomes what is it doing that you don't like?

    2 pipe steam with a steam trap to be precise.
