Gas boiler issue
We have a Lochinvar Solution boiler with an issue. 3 of these were installed 2 years ago, 3 different buildings. Only one is having this issue. Once the outside temp gets between 40 and 60, this boiler shuts down due to low requests for heat. When the temp drops, the unit is supposed to fire back up. This does not happen. I have to manually turn this unit off, wait some time, then turn it back on. First the pumps start. Then you hear the ignitor zapping away for quite some time before the pilot is lit. Then you will hear the gas valve open and the rail flame up. I'm assuming this is the normal start up. Any clue to why I must keep resting the system during this temp range? If it's real cold out, there are no issues.

Its shutting off on a SAFETY. Shutting it off resets the safety. Look for trouble codes or contact tech support.
