Hello,
My target temp is just going all over the place. Causing heat limit shut down, 58f delta shut down.
replace expansion tank
New pump, and bled the system
Sensors are good
Thinking computer board
Heat target should stay the same always that’s why I’m think board
Any one else had this issue

Before you get out the heavy artillery… check and verify that the sensors really are good. Check and verify that all the plugs and sockets on the wiring are clean and secure. Check the wires themselves — no chafes, no potential breaks. Check all the grounds — clean and secure.

A 58* delta indicates a lack of flow through the heat exchanger, not a bad board.
