Dear Erin

you will not remember me personally.

Many years ago my brother and I visited Dan at the house, you were just a young lady in junior high.

I have been off the air so to speak because of health issues,

I am now 83 1/2 years old.

I am writing to wish you and Dan a very merry Christmas a happy new year.

I can never thank Dan enough for the help gave me when I first stared trouble shooting problem in the NYCHA, and after a while when I retired all the consulting jobs he gave me and the help in writing my book.

Dan: have a long and healthy life and above all enjoy your grand children.
