Steam traps
Four steam traps running off onto floor hidden behind a coil. I’ve never ran into something like this before. Nothing near by that it could tie into.
any ideas?

Well that's different. Is the manifold to which they are attached fed by the big pipe I see? I so, they will act as vents for that pipe…

Being used as air vents.

Seems like the traps need some servicing or the actual condensate return is plugged up or restricted.

Those traps need be installed vertically.
If they are air vents pipe the discharge piping to a bucket, that will prevent dripping water from collecting on the floor.

Yes I would say the steam is entering the normal condensate exit port. This setup probably could be reworked to work better loosing less steam and condensate. Like a B&J Bigmouth configuration.
