Gas Pipe moving.
I assume this isn’t safe, but I have a neighbor with equipment mounted to ceiling beams and wall cross braces where the lines come into the building. My heater and the black gas pipe line can be seen moving, and this happens hundreds of times a day, every day.
Here is a link to a video showing the movement I captured on camera:
I’ve informed the landlord, but they don’t seem to care. They mentioned I need to empty my space so they can secure the pipe. The problem is that the other tenant's equipment will continue to flex the pipes due to how it's set up in their space, and it doesn't seem like the landlord understands that’s the real issue. What should I do?

If you are truly concerned about your safety, call the gas provider and ask them to inspect the problem. But be prepared for them to shut off the gas in the building or your unit until it is fixed.
