Thermostat for radiant and AC

Recently purchased a house and want to have a better control on the heating and cooling through all four seasons.

The house in 3 levels, 2 above grade and 1 full basement. Built in 2013. Gas boiler and closed loop radiant floor system. The current setup for the AC is one unit for 2nd floor only and on unit for 1st/basement.

The radiant heat flooring is in all 3 floors. Basement is on its own thermostat for heat only. 1st floor has one thermostat that controls radiant floor and AC. 2nd floor is where is gets more interesting. Main thermostat in Master bedroom controls AC for entire upstairs and radiant heat in this room only. There are 3 "slave" units to control the heat only in 2 bathrooms and 1 combined zone for 2 bedrooms.

All the thermostats are honeywells and wireless.

My problem is that I want to be able to have the fan come on at scheduled intervals or when radiant floor is running. The main reason is for the combined zone on the second floor for the two bedrooms. One of the rooms gets heated up as it faces direct west. I've installed ceiling fans it helps circulate the air and that has helped tremendously. But if I had the right thermostats the air would be cycled in a more even manner.

Does Make a programmable thermostat that allows me to program the fan?

Currently all I can do is have it on or off when I'm not using the AC.

the problem with operating the fan is it feels cold unless the air is heated.

If this is just 1 room can an exhaust fan and control be installed!

If you just want the fan to come on when the radiant heat runs, that can be done with a relay down by the pump/valve that controls the heat and some low voltage thermostat wires to connect the relay to the air handler.

no way to balance or restrict the hot room ?
